After submitting a credit profile and deposit, if required, and after receiving certification as a local exchange carrier from the appropriate regulatory agency, Quality Telephone will provide the appropriate BellSouth advisory team/local contract manager the necessary documentation to enable BellSouth to establish accounts for resold services.
