Escrow Company. Seller and Purchaser hereby retain Escrow Company, and Escrow Company agrees to be retained, to act as escrow agent for the purposes set forth in this Agreement. Escrow Company agrees to undertake and perform the obligations and duties provided for in this Agreement. Except for any fee required to set up an interest-bearing account as provided for in Section 16.02 below and any fees or costs specifically allocated to either Seller or Purchaser under the terms of this Agreement, Purchaser and Seller shall equally split the reasonable fees charged by Escrow Company in conjunction with its provision of services as provided herein.
