ESCROW AGENT’S RIGHTS. 1. Reliance on Authenticity and Validity. Escrow Agent (a) may rely upon the authenticity and validity of any notice, demand, consent, authorization, instruction, receipt, power of attorney, judgment or order delivered to Escrow Agent without being required to verify the authenticity and validity thereof, the validity of the service, the genuineness of the signature, or the jurisdiction of the court issuing any judgment or order, and (b) may act in accordance therewith.
