Common use of Escort Subcontractor Clause in Contracts

Escort Subcontractor. The Contractor may delegate performance of escort services to an acceptable subcontractor; however, the Contractor will remain responsible for all pertinent contractual obligations. The Director will have sole and final discretion to approve or disapprove at any time the Contractor's particular choice of an initial or replacement escort subcontractor. Whereupon the BOE requests new, updated or revised information regarding any subcontractor, the Contractor must supply the data immediately and/or secure the cooperation of the affected subcontractor to make full and prompt disclosure of any information.
