Escort Duties. The Contractor shall ensure or procure that the following requirements of this Section Q are complied with: Q1 General No later than 4 months before the Further Scheduled Opening Date, the Contractor will submit to the Authority for its approval a copy of its procedures for the escort of Trainees in custody at the Secure Training Centre pursuant to its responsibilities under Clause 40 of the Contract (the "Escort Procedures"). The Escort Procedures will comply with the requirements of this Section Q together with any rules made by the Authority pursuant to Schedule 1 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Xxx 0000.
