Common use of Equity Plans Clause in Contracts

Equity Plans. Executive shall be entitled, during his employment hereunder, to participate in such of Company's equity incentive plans and programs ("Equity Plans") as may from time to time be provided by Company for its executive officers at such level as shall be determined by the Committee or the Board of Trustees of Company, as appropriate.
