Common use of Equity Participation Clause in Contracts

Equity Participation. 3.2.1 To the extent that the Company or its Affiliates maintain one or more equity participation plans, Executive shall be eligible to participate in such plans; provided, however, that Executive’s participation in such equity participation plans, and the extent of any such participation, shall be at the Company’s sole discretion.
