Equity Investment. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, upon a termination of employment, Executive shall have such rights and obligations with respect to any options to purchase membership units of TJ Chemical Holdings LLC (“TJ Chemical”) then held by Executive and with respect to Executive’s investment in TJ Chemical and/or KRATON Management LLC (including with respect to profits units and/or membership units, as applicable) in accordance with the applicable governing documents thereof.
