Equity Incentive Plans. (A) Any outstanding stock options or stock appreciation rights issued to the Executive under the Company's existing plans or any successor plan shall become fully vested and exercisable on the Effective Date. All restrictions on shares of restricted stock issued to the Executive shall lapse.
