Sponsor Support Agreement; c. Equity Contribution Guaranties; d. Subordination agreement among ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ BrightSource, LLC, the Project Company and the Collateral Agent; and e. all other documents, certificates and instruments required to be delivered pursuant to any of the foregoing documents (other than Organizational Documents).
