Common use of Equity Awards Clause in Contracts

Equity Awards. Executive may be eligible to receive grants of stock options or other equity awards from time to time in the future, on such terms and subject to such conditions as the Compensation Committee, or as applicable, any individual authorized to approve the terms of employment of Executive, shall determine as of the date of any such grant and pursuant to the existing equity plan(s) of the Company.
