Equipment Warranty. Replacement Equipment shall be in good, working order, with housing that is free from major marks, gouges, cracks or other faults or blemishes. If repaired or Replacement Equipment malfunctions within its ninety (90) day warranty period and is returned, such equipment will not result in an additional Claim per the Claim limits outlined in this Agreement.
