EQUIPMENT TO BE USED. 12.1 The Contractor shall provide a NEW fleet of minimum four (4) front-end- loaders of 140 kw (minimum) with a bucket capacity of 4 – 5 cubic meters for on board working, PLUS a minimum of 1 (One) spare front-end-loader with the same size and capacity alongside the vessel in case of breakdowns to ensure the TPT machinery consisting of two crane grabs per vessel can reclaim at the system design rate of 2,200 metric tons per hour to achieve an actual stevedoring discharge rate of 18,000 tons per day. The maximum wet mass (fuelled) of each front-end-loader must not exceed 16,000kg (16 tons).

  • Equipment Use Lessee agrees that the Equipment will be operated by competent, qualified personnel in connection with Lessee's business for the purpose for which the Equipment was designed and in accordance with applicable operating instructions, laws, and government regulations, and that Lessee shall use all reasonable precautions to prevent loss or damage to the Equipment from fire and other hazards. Lessee shall procure and maintain in effect all orders, licenses, certificates, permits, approvals, and consents required by federal, state, or local laws or by any governmental body, agency, or authority in connection with the delivery, installation, use, and operation of the Equipment.

  • Equipment The Fund shall obtain and maintain at its own cost and expense all equipment and services, including but not limited to communications services, necessary for it to utilize the Software and obtain access to the System, and Custodian shall not be responsible for the reliability or availability of any such equipment or services.
