Common use of Equipment Testing and Inspection Clause in Contracts

Equipment Testing and Inspection. The Interconnection Customer shall test and inspect its Small Generator Facility including the Interconnection Equipment prior to interconnection in accordance with IEEE Standard 1547 and IEEE Standard1547.1. The Interconnection Customer shall not operate its Small Generator Facility in Parallel with EDC’s Electric Distribution System without prior written authorization by the EDC as provided for in 2.1.1 – 2.1.4.
