Common use of Equipment Testing and Inspection Clause in Contracts

Equipment Testing and Inspection. 2.1.1. The Interconnection Customer shall test and inspect its Small Generating Facility and Interconnection Facilities prior to interconnection. The Interconnection Customer shall notify the System Operator and the Interconnecting Transmission Owner of such activities no fewer than five Business Days (or as may be agreed to by the Parties) prior to such testing and inspection. Testing and inspection shall occur on a Business Day. The Interconnecting Transmission Owner may, at its own expense, send qualified personnel to the Small Generating Facility site to inspect the interconnection and observe the testing. The Interconnection Customer shall provide the Interconnecting Transmission Owner a written test report when such testing and inspection is completed.

The Interconnection Customer shall notify the System Operator and the Interconnecting Transmission Owner of such activities no No fewer than five Business Days (or as may be agreed to by the Parties) prior to such testing and inspection, the Interconnection Customer shall notify the Distribution Provider of such activities. Testing and inspection shall occur on a Business Day. The Interconnecting Transmission Owner may, at its own expenseand Distribution Provider reserves the right, but not the obligation, to send qualified personnel to the Small Generating Facility site to inspect the interconnection and observe the Generating Facility's testing. The Interconnection Customer shall provide the Interconnecting Transmission Owner Distribution Provider with a written test report when such testing and inspection is completed.

The Interconnecting Transmission Provider and the Transmission Owner may, at its their own expense, send qualified personnel to the Small Generating Facility site to inspect the interconnection and observe the testing. The Interconnection Customer shall provide the Interconnecting Transmission Provider and Transmission Owner a written test report when such testing and inspection is completed.

The Interconnecting Transmission Owner Provider Participating TO and the ISO may, at its their own expense, send qualified personnel to the Small Generating Facility site to inspect the interconnection and observe the testing. The Interconnection Customer shall provide the Interconnecting Transmission Owner Provider Participating TO and the ISO a written test report when such testing and inspection is completed.
