Equipment Storage. 8.1. Equipment cannot be stored at the church outside of the Booking hours without prior permission. 8.2. Where such permission is granted, all hired equipment should be delivered / collected at the time agreed with WGC. Any equipment in the church outside of hours without permission will incur an additional charge at the rate of £100/hour where a WGC staff member has had to remain in the building to await delivery/collection. Otherwise £100/day or part day. 8.3. WGC will consider applications for storage of equipment for use in classes, meetings, etc. however, it does not accept any liability for loss of or damage to any item of equipment, furniture, stock or the like, left in storage. Such permission to be reviewed termly with the same Notice of Termination of permission as the main contract (see section 4). WGC may withdraw permission to store items for any reason. 8.4. The HIRER agrees to store equipment tidily in the designated area. If the HIRER fails to do so WGC may withdraw permission to store items. Items are stored at the owner’s risk.
