Equipment Storage. A. Parking Spaces at Terminals UP will provide parking spaces and spaces for empty chassis to APL at UP's Global One facility pursuant to the terms and conditions specified in Appendix 11.

Tenant may, temporarily park farm equipment overnight if such farm equipment will be used the following day. The Landlord is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss to such equipment.
