Equipment Rooms Sample Clauses

The Equipment Rooms clause defines the rights and responsibilities related to the use and maintenance of designated spaces within a building for housing equipment, such as telecommunications or mechanical systems. Typically, this clause specifies which party is responsible for providing, accessing, and maintaining these rooms, and may outline requirements for security, cleanliness, and permitted uses.
