Equipment Rooms. Lessor hereby leases to Lessee and Lessee hereby leases from Lessor what is commonly known as the "Telephone and/or Television Equipment Room" described in Exhibit "C" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, referred to herein as "the Equipment Rooms". The Equipment Room/(s) are to be used for the purpose of installing, operating, servicing and repairing the private telephone and/or television utilities, to be provided pursuant to this Agreement (referred to herein as the "Telephone Equipment and/or the Television Equipment").

Equipment Rooms. EGT equipment rooms will be built out of materials designed to provide a minimal protection of 2 hours against fire coming from the adjoining spaces both internal or external. All holes in walls, floor and ceiling of the room, i.e. for pipes, wires, etc. are filled with fire proof materials and ducts are equipped with fire barriers. Normally windows are not fitted but where they are special protection measures are taken.
Equipment Rooms. 1.2.1 Equipment Rooms shall include relatively independent BS equipment rooms matching the telecommunications towers as listed in Article 1.1 herein (excluding any independent equipment room located in the Sellers’ own bureaus, sub-bureaus, comprehensive buildings and business offices), and equipment rooms for IBS and SBS.
Equipment Rooms. (1) As for equipment rooms whose title may be transferred, the Sellers and the Purchaser shall confirm the final handed over Target Assets List by signing on the Closing Confirmation. Both the Sellers and the Purchaser shall jointly file with competent real estate administration authorities for change of title. The completion of formalities in relation to such title transfer shall be the symbol of Completion of Handover. The Handover shall be deemed as completed upon the changed title registering the Purchaser as its owner.

  • Equipment Cleaning (a) Areas, known by Forest Service prior to timber sale advertisement, that are infested with invasive species of concern are shown on Sale Area Map. A current list of invasive species of concern and a map showing the extent of known infestations is available at the Forest Supervisor’s Office. For purposes of this provision, “Off-Road Equipment” includes all logging and construction machinery, except for log trucks, chip vans, service vehicles, water trucks, pickup trucks, cars, and similar vehicles.

  • Equipment Use Lessee agrees that the Equipment will be operated by competent, qualified personnel in connection with Lessee's business for the purpose for which the Equipment was designed and in accordance with applicable operating instructions, laws, and government regulations, and that Lessee shall use all reasonable precautions to prevent loss or damage to the Equipment from fire and other hazards. Lessee shall procure and maintain in effect all orders, licenses, certificates, permits, approvals, and consents required by federal, state, or local laws or by any governmental body, agency, or authority in connection with the delivery, installation, use, and operation of the Equipment.

  • Equipment The Fund shall obtain and maintain at its own cost and expense all equipment and services, including but not limited to communications services, necessary for it to utilize the Software and obtain access to the System, and Custodian shall not be responsible for the reliability or availability of any such equipment or services.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Capital Equipment Collaborator’s commitment, if any, to provide IC with capital equipment to enable the research and development activities under the Research Plan appears in Appendix B. If Collaborator transfers to IC the capital equipment or provides funds for IC to purchase it, then IC will own the equipment. If Collaborator loans capital equipment to IC for use during the CRADA, Collaborator will be responsible for paying all costs and fees associated with the transport, installation, maintenance, repair, removal, or disposal of the equipment, and IC will not be liable for any damage to the equipment.

  • Equipment Location This Contract is for service of the Equipment at the location in the attached EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE hereof. If any unit of Equipment is moved (which movement will in all instances be at Customer's risk and expense), Customer will so notify Contractor. Contractor may terminate this Contract if, in its discretion, the environmental conditions in which any unit of Equipment is placed are not suitable for satisfactory performance, or if the new location is out of Contractor's ordinary operating area.

  • Life support equipment (a) If a person living at your premises requires life support equipment, you must register the premises with your retailer or with us. To register, you will need to give written confirmation from a registered medical practitioner of the requirement for life support equipment at the premises.

  • Equipment List 1. All items of equipment to be purchased with funds under this Contract must be itemized in Grantee’s equipment list as finally approved by the System Agency in the executed Contract. The equipment list must include:

  • Equipment and Software To use the Mobile Remote Deposit Services, you must obtain and maintain at your expense, compatible equipment and software that we may specify from time to time.

  • Equipment Rental Copies of rental agreements for the equipment used, including the rental rate; and the number of hours the equipment was used on the project.
