Equipment Restrictions a. Equipment shall not be operated in areas designated as EQUIPMENT RESTRICTION ZONES, WETLAND MANAGEMENT ZONES or STREAMSIDE MANAGEMENT ZONES as shown in Section VII.D.6 and 7, unless authorized by this Contract or the Forest Officer.

Equipment Restrictions. Tenant will not install or operate in the Demised Premises any heavy duty electrical equipment or machinery or any other equipment which consumes excess gas (where applicable), excess water, excess sewer services or excess electricity as defined in Section 5.3(b) below, without first obtaining prior written consent of Landlord. Landlord may, among other things, require as a condition to its consent for the installation of such equipment or machinery that Tenant pay as Additional Rent the costs for excess consumption of such utilities that may be occasioned by the operation of said equipment or machinery. Landlord may make periodic inspections of the Demised Premises at reasonable times to determine that Tenant's equipment and machinery comply with the provisions of this Section and Section 5.4.

Equipment Restrictions. The Contractor shall not use equipment with steel wheels on commissary sales floor areas. The Contractor may use battery powered forklifts/pallet jacks and/or manually powered pallet jacks with hard rubber or pneumatic wheels, or other equipment that does not mar floors in the sales area. Forklift and pallet jack arms shall be lifted high enough off the floor during operation to prevent scrapes or floor damage.

Equipment Restrictions. User must not install or operate any equipment, fixture or device, nor operate or permit to be operated any engine, motor or other machinery, or use gas, electricity or flammable substances in the facility except with prior written approval of the Director of Athletics or delegate, and under such conditions and restrictions as the Director of Athletics or delegate may specify.
