Equipment Repairs. All Pool Closing Services assume that all equipment, including but not limited to, pumps, heaters, filters, chlorine generating devices, water conditioners, in-floor cleaning systems, ladders, slides, skimmers, anchors, returns, attached plumbing and water features are in proper working order. Any and all equipment or system repairs required to bring the pool or spa / hot tub and associated equipment into proper working order will be conducted separate of the pool closing services described here and are subject to normal service rates, including trip charges and costs of parts necessary to complete the needed repairs.

Equipment Repairs. Repairs to equipment shall be made by and paid for by the Contractor. The Government may, at its option, elect to make such repairs when necessary to keep the equipment operating. The cost of such repairs will be determined by the Government and deducted from payment to the contractor.
Equipment Repairs. LESSEE shall supply all fuel, oil, and water necessary to run the equipment, shall check the general condition of the equipment on a daily basis including oil and other fluid levels, cooling systems, water and batteries, shall recharge all batteries as needed, shall furnish all LP gas fuel and cylinders, and shall take care of all minor day to day servicing. LESSOR will provide all other service and maintenance to the equipment so that it remains in proper working condition. XXXXXX agrees to make the equipment available for serving by the LESSOR at reasonable times during XXXXXX’s normal business hours. In the event LESSEE requires service at times other than XXXXXX’s normal business hours, XXXXXX agrees to pay the difference between a Lessor’s straight time and overtime pay.

Equipment Repairs. MinnState shall be responsible for the maintenance and repair of MinnState-owned food service equipment including the exhaust systems. Detailed records of repairs are to be kept by the CONTRACTOR and submitted to MinnState promptly. MinnState shall have the final decision regarding the repair and replacement of MinnState-owned pieces of equipment.
Equipment Repairs. To the extent that Carrier uses any equipment either owned or leased by Customer or TX Logistics, if such equipment is damaged while in Carrier's possession or control, or at any time after pick up and before delivery back to the sole control and possession of TX Logistics or the Customer, as the case may be, then Carrier shall be responsible for the cost of all such repairs, loss, or damage to such equipment. Carrier shall immediately notify TX Logistics of any damage to any of the owned or leased equipment of Customer or TX Logistics. TX Logistics (on its own behalf or on behalf of the Customer, as the case may be) shall have the option to instruct Carrier, at Carrier’s cost, to perform the repairs so long as Carrier can repair the equipment to the required specifications and to the satisfaction of TX Logistics and the Customer. In the alternative, if Carrier returns the damaged equipment to Customer or TX Logistics, TX Logistics (on its own behalf or on behalf of the Customer), or the Customer, may, at Carrier’s cost, repair the damaged equipment to the required fleet specifications and shall invoice Carrier for all costs of repair. All such payments shall be immediately due and payable. Any delay in the return of the equipment to Customer or TX Logistics shall result in a per diem charge of $200 per unit per day, until the return of the equipment to the Customer or TX Logistics in good condition. TX Logistics may notify Carrier of a change in these rates from time to time, which change shall be immediately effective upon notice.
Equipment Repairs. In serving or repairing computers or other hardware, DataNet may use parts or products that are new or equivalent to new in reliability and performance. DataNet will retain the replaced part or product that is exchanged as its property, and the replacement part will become Client’s property. Replaced parts are generally repairable and are exchanged or repaired by DataNet for value.
