Common use of Equipment Leases Clause in Contracts

Equipment Leases. All leases and purchase money security agreements for any equipment, machinery, vehicles, furniture or other personal property located at the Hotel and used in the operation of the Hotel which are held by or on behalf of Seller (the “Equipment Leases”), together with all deposits made thereunder, to the extent such Equipment Leases and deposits are transferable;

Equipment Leases. All leases and purchase money security agreements for any equipment, machinery, vehicles, furniture or other personal property located at the Hotel and used in the operation of the Hotel which are held by by, for or on behalf of Seller and used in the Business, to the extent same are assignable or transferable (the “Equipment Leases”), ) together with all deposits made thereunder, to the extent such Equipment Leases and deposits are assignable or transferable;

Equipment Leases. All leases and purchase money security agreements for any equipment, machinery, vehicles, furniture or other personal property located at the Hotel and used in the operation of the Hotel which are held by or on behalf of Seller or Operating Tenant and used exclusively in the Business, together with all deposits made by or on behalf of Seller or Operating Tenant thereunder, to the extent the same and such deposits are transferable or the Parties obtain any consent necessary to effectuate such a transfer (the “Equipment Leases”), together with all deposits made thereunder, to the extent such Equipment Leases and deposits are transferable;

Equipment Leases. All leases and purchase money security agreements for any equipment, machinery, vehicles, furniture or other personal property located at the Hotel and used in the operation of the Hotel which are held by Seller or on behalf of Operating Tenant and used exclusively in the Business, together with all deposits made by Seller or Operating Tenant thereunder, to the extent the same and such deposits are transferable or the Parties obtain any consent necessary to effectuate such a transfer (the “Equipment Leases”), together with all deposits made thereunder, to the extent such Equipment Leases and deposits are transferable;

Equipment Leases. All right, title and interest of the Hotel Owners in and to all leases and purchase money security agreements for any equipment, machinery, vehicles, furniture or other personal property located at the Hotel Hotels and used in the operation of the Hotel Hotels which are held by or on behalf of Seller the applicable Hotel Owner (the “Equipment Leases”), together with all deposits made thereunder, to the extent such Equipment Leases and deposits are transferable;

Equipment Leases. All leases and purchase money security agreements for any equipment, machinery, vehicles, furniture or other personal property located at the Hotel and used exclusively in the operation of Business, together with all deposits thereunder, to the Hotel which extent the same and such deposits are held by or on behalf of Seller transferable (the “Equipment Leases”), together with all deposits made thereunder, to the extent such Equipment Leases and deposits are transferable;

Equipment Leases. All leases and purchase money security agreements for any equipment, machinery, vehicles, furniture or other personal property located at the Hotel and or used in the operation of the Hotel which are held by or on behalf of Seller (the “Equipment Leases”), together with all deposits made thereunder, to the extent such Equipment Leases and deposits are transferabletransferable without material cost or liability to Seller;

Equipment Leases. All leases and purchase money security agreements for any equipment, machinery, vehicles, furniture or other personal property located at the Hotel and used in the operation of the Hotel which are held by or on behalf of Seller and used exclusively in the Business described in Schedule 2.1.9, together with all deposits made by Seller thereunder (the “Equipment Leases”), together with all deposits made thereunder, to the extent such Equipment Leases and deposits are transferable;

Equipment Leases. All leases and purchase money security agreements for any equipment, machinery, vehicles, furniture or other personal property located at the Hotel and used in the operation of the Hotel which are held by by, for or on behalf of Seller and used in the Business, to the extent the same are assignable or transferable (the “Equipment Leases”), together with all deposits made thereunder, to the extent such Equipment Leases and deposits are assignable or transferable;

Equipment Leases. All leases and purchase money security agreements for any equipment, machinery, vehicles, furniture or other personal property located at the Hotel and used in the operation of the Hotel which are held by or on behalf of Seller (other than the Terminated Contracts), the same being set forth on Schedule 2.1(h), attached hereto (the “Equipment Leases”), together with all deposits made thereunder, to the extent such Equipment Leases and deposits are transferable;

Equipment Leases. All leases and purchase money security agreements for any equipment, machinery, vehicles, furniture or other personal property located at the Hotel and used in the operation of the Hotel which are held by or on behalf of Seller other than the items identified as “Terminated Contracts” on Schedule 5.1(k) (the “Equipment Leases”), together with all deposits made thereunder, to the extent such Equipment Leases and deposits are transferabletransferable or the Parties obtain any consent necessary to effectuate such a transfer (if obtainable at no cost to Seller);
