Common use of Equipment Identification Clause in Contracts

Equipment Identification. BSLD shall place a plaque or affix other identification (e.g., stenciling or labeling) to BSLD’s GPS antenna or antenna mounting bracket, cabling and associated GPS equipment, which includes the appropriate emergency contacts with their corresponding telephone numbers, in order for BellSouth to properly identify BSLD’s GPS antenna, cabling facilities and associated equipment in the case of an emergency.
