  • Inspection Checklist (check one) ☐ In order to avoid disagreements about the condition of the Premises, at the time of accepting possession of the Premises, Tenant will complete the Inspection Checklist incorporated herein by reference and attached hereto as Exhibit B and record any damage or deficiencies that exist at the commencement of the Term. If any unit of Equipment is moved (which movement will in all instances be at Customer's risk and expense), Customer will so notify Contractor.   • Equipment List 1. All items of equipment to be purchased with funds under this Contract must be itemized in Grantee’s equipment list as finally approved by the System Agency in the executed Contract. The equipment list must include:

  • Equipment Cleaning (a) Areas, known by Forest Service prior to timber sale advertisement, that are infested with invasive species of concern are shown on Sale Area Map. All products, materials, supplies, replacement parts, and equipment offered and furnished must be new, of current manufacturer production, and must have been formally announced by the manufacturer as being commercially available, unless otherwise stated in this Contract.

  • Maintenance Manual No later than 60 (sixty) days prior to the Project Completion Date, the Contractor shall, in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer, evolve a maintenance manual (the “Maintenance Manual”) for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Project Highway in conformity with the Specifications and Standards, safety requirements and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Authority’s Engineer. The Authority’s Engineer shall review the Maintenance Manual within 15 (fifteen) days of its receipt and communicate its comments to the Contractor for necessary modifications, if any.

  • Minimum Customer Support Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall provide timely and commercially reasonable support for TIPS Sales or as agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement.
