Equipment and Services. Equipment or services provided by any other party (including the failure of any other party to provide equipment or services) which the O.P.P. uses and relies upon to provide services under this Agreement including but not limited to: (i) Equipment or services required to transfer services provided under this Agreement from any other party to the O.P.P., (ii) Services provided to non-English speakers who place 9-1-1 Calls, (iii) Services provided by ▇▇▇▇ Canada to the County under 9-1-1 PERS; and, (iv) Services provided by Remote Agencies.
