EQUIPMENT AND MAINTENANCE. 2.1 Responsibilities
(a) ensure that the Advanced Meters used for the purposes of this AES Agreement are correctly maintained, supported, and kept in good condition and state of repair;
(b) subject to clause 2.2 (Interference with Advanced Metering Infrastructure), repair or replace at its own cost faulty or damaged Advanced Metering Infrastructure components which are owned or controlled by Bluecurrent or procure that the third party owner does so.
EQUIPMENT AND MAINTENANCE. 24.01 The parties agree that, as a general practice, equipment maintained in the Volunteer stations will be operated and serviced by the staff of the volunteer component of the Department. The Station Commander will assign hours and duties, in accordance with Schedule “B” to the volunteers.

New members must have completed twelve (12) months of service to be eligible for clothing allowance. 0 To ensure a neat, presentable, and professional appearance expected of an accredited police department, a member shall replace the member's designated uniforms as needed or determined by a superior officer. The City reserves the right to take appropriate measures to effect said replacement.
B. A member who is assigned to SRT and Traffic (motorcycle officers) shall receive an additional compensation of $150 per Fiscal Year to replace specialized uniforms, boots, and related equipment.
EQUIPMENT AND MAINTENANCE. Affiliate and/or its Distributors shall ------------------------- supply, install, service and maintain or shall arrange for the supply, installation, servicing and maintenance, at its and/or their own cost and expense, all such facilities, equipment and hardware, including, without limitation, equipment necessary to receive the Service from the satellite, wiring and tuner/receivers as may be necessary and appropriate for the transmission of the Service to each Affiliate Subscriber. The tuner/receivers to be utilized for the reception of the Service by Affiliate Subscribers shall (i) with respect to the Basic Service be the equipment provided by Affiliate and/or its Distributors for the reception of other television programming services ("AlphaStar Box"), and (ii) with respect to the Premium Tier be equipment manufactured by a manufacturer authorized by DMX for audio only reception ("DMX Box"). The specifications for both the AlphaStar Box and the DMX Box shall be such that they shall be compatible with standard stereophonic equipment requiring left and right audio jacks; and such that they shall be addressable on a receiver-by-receiver channel-by-channel basis.

The Board will keep all schools adequately equipped with all necessary machinery and supplies, and will properly maintain all buildings and such equipment and supplies as necessary. The parties will confer from time to time for the purpose of improving the selection and use of such educational equipment.
EQUIPMENT AND MAINTENANCE. The Contractor shall be responsible for the following equipment, maintenance, and repairs:
1. The Contractor must supply and be responsible for all fuel hoses and automatic nozzles, and agrees to keep all dispensers outfitted with hoses and dispensing nozzles in good repair at all times.
2. The Contractor must supply and be responsible for a mechanical or electronic card imprinter, as require by Retailer, for the acceptance of credit card payments. Currently POS equipment rent per month is S 300.00 , plus tax, and the network fee per month is $275.00 . The rental amount is subject to review periodically based on actual expenses which may increase or decrease the monthly amount. Contractor shall be responsible for imprinters lent to it. In the event an imprinter is lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair, Contractor shall reimburse Retailer in full for the cost thereof. Contractor understands and agrees that it has no right, title, or ownership interest in such software or firmware and agrees that it will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of such software or firmware.
3. The Contractor must supply and immediately replace all light bulbs and ballasts inside and outside, excluding !.D. and gasoline price signs at the location, as required to keep p location well lighted at all times.
4. If the location is equipped with a car wash, the Contractor must maintain and be responsible for all chemicals, repairs, maintenance and replacement of any broken parts, and keep the car wash operational during business hours.
5. The Contractor must supply glass coverage insurance.
6. The Contractor will provide, maintain and give remote access to a security video system which, in addition to typical store camera layout, shall have the ability to video the complete tank farm and all fuel islands, including any remote fuel islands on the premises.
EQUIPMENT AND MAINTENANCE. 13. The CONTRACTOR shall acquire and/or maintain snow removal equipment consisting of at a minimum at least the following:
(1) ¾ or 1 ton plow truck with sander
(1) ¾ or 1 ton plow truck (for backup for breakdown)
(1) Snowblower
(1) Tractor/ loader to load sander The CONTRACTOR shall provide crews, sufficient and adequate to operate all equipment and service the subject facilities and properties as required herein within a reasonable time.
14. Mechanical breakdowns or inability to provide adequate equipment or labor for proper snow removal and/or sanding shall not excuse the CONTRACTOR from performing their contractual duties.
15. All equipment provided by the CONTRACTOR shall remain the property of the CONTRACTOR. The CONTRACTOR shall be solely responsible for the maintenance and upkeep.
16. The CONTRACTOR shall, on or before October 1st of each year of this Agreement, provide the TOWN with proof of registration, inspection, and insurance of all equipment required by this Agreement and any and all other vehicles to be utilized by the CONTRACTOR in performing its obligations hereunder. Said vehicles and equipment must be registered and insured as Commercial Vehicles.
17. The TOWN shall not be liable for any damage to or destruction of the CONTRACTOR’s

EQUIPMENT AND MAINTENANCE. A. Automatic vending machines shall be new and/or of good quality featuring high performance and technology. The vending machines shall be equipped with energy saver light sensors, in accordance with Orange County Administrative Regulations - 8.13 ENERGY CONSERVATION. All vending machines shall be attractive in appearance using the latest designs in the marketplace and shall reasonably match either in color or style. Vending machines shall be sanitary, safe, and reliable, and of a type approved by the National Automatic Merchandising Association (NAMA) or recognized by the State or local Health Department.
B. The Contractor shall retain ownership or lease of the equipment at all times and be responsible for the adequate insurance thereof. The Contractor shall at all times, and at its expense, be responsible for all service, maintenance, and repair of its equipment.
C. All equipment will need approval from a representative of Orange County prior to installation on the premises.
D. The Contractor shall accept full responsibility for the installation, maintenance, and efficient operation of equipment used.
E. The Contractor shall connect vending equipment to electrical circuits by plug only, using a cord of such length that neither the cord nor the plug is exposed to either side of the equipment, or of the equipment group if two or more are placed next to each other. No extension cords may be used. Maximum cord length is 10 feet. If machines use a grounding circuit, then the Contractor is responsible for making certain that machines are grounded at all times. Any problems with electrical circuits must be reported to the Site Representative immediately.
F. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for providing maintenance and repair services for equipment.
G. All service personnel utilized by the Contractor shall be required to follow the same background clearance requirements established by Orange County.
H. The Contractor shall at all times and at its expense, be responsible for all service, maintenance, licensing, permitting and repair of its vending machines. Machines shall be maintained in good repair and shall be operational. Contractor shall respond within four (4) hours of a verbal notification of a breakdown. Minor repairs shall be made within eight (8) hours of notification. Major repairs shall be made as quickly as possible but may take up to forty-eight (48) hours if replacement parts are not readily available.

EQUIPMENT AND MAINTENANCE. All equipment purchased with Program Funds must meet all eligibility requirements of the City. District shall maintain all equipment used in the administration and execution of the Program. District shall maintain, replace, or repair any item of equipment used in support of the the Program, or for use under the terms of this Agreement that no longer functions or is lost or stolen. The cost for maintenance, replacement or repair of any equipment used in support of the Program and/or for use under the terms of this Agreement is the sole responsibility of District. District shall not use Program Funds to repair or replace said equipment. District shall use any and all equipment purchased with Program Funds exclusively in support of the Program. Within 10 days following the purchase of equipment, District shall submit to City a detailed inventory of all equipment purchased with Program Funds to the CCPD Partners Unit at the address set forth in Section 2.2. The equipment inventory shall include an itemized description of each piece of equipment, the date each piece of equipment was purchased, the cost of purchase for each piece of equipment, and the location of each piece of equipment.
