Equifax. The Buyer and Equifax Information Services LLC ("Equifax") have reached an agreement in writing pursuant to which (a) the Buyer has agreed to direct the Seller to assume and assign to Buyer at Closing the Data License Agreements between the Seller and Equifax that are identified as Assigned Contracts on Schedule 1.1(a)(ix) in paragraphs 10, 11, 12 and 13 under the heading entitled "All Data License Agreements between Seller and the Following Parties" with such changes to such Data License Agreements as the Buyer and Equifax have agreed (the "Assigned Equifax Contracts") and (b) Equifax has agreed that the aggregate amount of the Cure Costs for all Assigned Equifax Contracts is $10 million, which shall be paid by Seller.

Equifax. To obtain your Credit Report from Equifax, you must submit the ‘My Credit File – Request by Gaming or Racing Applicant’ form by post, fax or email, as addressed on the form (refer to the form for current fee). The Credit Report will be forwarded within one business day. This form may be downloaded at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx or alternatively, you may contact Equifax on 13 82 22 to arrange for its provision.
