Equality Among Bargaining Unit Members. The provisions of this Agreement shall be applied equally to all employees in the bargaining unit without discrimination as to age, sex, marital status, race, color, creed, national origin, job classification, political opinions, affiliation, disability, handicap or genetic information. The Union and the Engineer shall share equally the responsibility for implementing this section of the Agreement.
