Equal Employment Opportunity Programs. In connection with the performance of the Services hereunder, the SWPM shall comply (and shall cause all Ancillary Service Contractors and any other contractors engaged in connection with the performance of the Services to comply) with (i) all Legal Requirements and all requirements of any Governmental Authority, including, but not limited to, the applicable provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Fair Employment Practices Law, and the Equal Pay Act, relating to the terms and conditions of employment of any employee who is employed in connection with the Work, and (ii) the provisions of Exhibit 6 (Minority/Women Business Enterprise Program) annexed hereto regarding the Port Authority’s Minority/Women Business Enterprise Program.
