Equal Employment Opportunity Program. A. MTS’s Equal Employment Opportunity Program: MTS is an Equal Opportunity Employer. As such, MTS agrees to comply with all applicable Federal civil rights laws and implementing regulations. Apart from inconsistent requirements imposed by Federal laws or regulations, MTS agrees to comply with the requirements of 49 U.S.C. § 5323(h) (3) by not using any Federal assistance awarded by FTA to support procurements using exclusionary or discriminatory specifications. MTS’ Equal Employment Opportunity Program for Contractors, MTS Policy No. 25, is part of this Agreement (a copy can be obtained from MTS’ Clerk of the Board). A Workforce Report form signed by the Contractor is a condition for the award of this contract.
