Equal Employment Opportunity Program. The Department’s Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Program shall be designed to promote equal employment opportunity in every aspect of the Department’s personnel policy and practice in accordance with applicable law and government-wide rules and regulations. The program shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
Equal Employment Opportunity Program. A. MTS’s Equal Employment Opportunity Program: MTS is an Equal Opportunity Employer. As such, MTS agrees to comply with all applicable Federal civil rights laws and implementing regulations. Apart from inconsistent requirements imposed by Federal laws or regulations, MTS agrees to comply with the requirements of 49 U.S.C. § 5323(h) (3) by not using any Federal assistance awarded by FTA to support procurements using exclusionary or discriminatory specifications. MTS’ Equal Employment Opportunity Program for Contractors, MTS Policy No. 25, is part of this Agreement (a copy can be obtained from MTS’ Clerk of the Board). A Workforce Report form signed by the Contractor is a condition for the award of this contract.
Equal Employment Opportunity Program. The DLA Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Employment Program (EEO/AEP) shall be designed to promote equal employment opportunity in accordance with applicable law and government-wide regulation. Local activities are authorized and encouraged to establish Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) programs and these programs are not precluded by this article.
Equal Employment Opportunity Program. This Contract is subject to the City’s Equal Employment Opportunity Program contained in Chapter 325 of the Cincinnati Municipal Code, which is hereby incorporated by reference into this Contract.
Equal Employment Opportunity Program. 27-1 POLICY Federal law and national policy establishes the requirements of the Kansas National Guard Technician Equal Employment Opportunity Affirmative Action Plan. It assures equal employment, development, promotion and treatment of the National Guard technicians. The employer and the labor organization agree to cooperate to the fullest in providing equal employment opportunity for all qualified applicants and technicians and to prohibit discrimination because of age, race, color, creed, sex, national origin, religion or handicap to include sexual harassment. Both parties agree to promote and support all programs for equal employment opportunity through a positive and continuing effort. All ANG Employees will be held responsible and accountable in assuring the policy on EEO, to include sexual harassment and illegal discrimination will be adhered to.

The VA Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Program shall be administered to promote equal employment opportunity in every aspect of the VA's personnel policy and practice. The program shall be designed in accordance with applicable law and Government-wide rules and regulations, the American with Disabilities Act, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (as amended) and the Vietnam Veteran's Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974 (as amended).
Equal Employment Opportunity Program. Subgrantee, and any of its contractors and subcontractors, certifies that an equal employment opportunity program will be in effect on or before the effective date of this Agreement. Subgrantee must maintain a current copy on file.
Equal Employment Opportunity Program. The Department and the Union, in meeting their individual responsibilities, commit to following the law, government-wide regulations, this Agreement and applicable Department policy regarding EEO related issues. The Department's EEO Program is designed to promote equal access and employment opportunity in every aspect of the Departmental personnel policy and practice in accordance with applicable law and government-wide rules and regulations. Please refer to Section 8 below for information referencing applicable laws, rules, government-wide regulations and VA policies which may be applicable to this Article.
Equal Employment Opportunity Program. The Development Owner agrees to carry out an Equal Employment Opportunity Program in keeping with the principles as provided in President’s Executive Order 11246 of September 24, 1965, as amended, and its implementing regulations at 41 CFR Part 60.
