These Terms are subject to change by Customer at any time without notice. The latest version will be posted at xxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxxx-xxxxxxxxx.xxx. The version of these Terms that is in effect on the date an Order is placed shall govern that Order, except to the extent otherwise set forth in a Signed Agreement.
