EPA Energy Star Program. The Federal EPA in cooperation with manufacturers, continues a program to xxxxxx the manufacture of energy efficient equipment. New York State fully supports this effort and requires all products offered to comply with EPA Energy Star guidelines for energy efficiency. The State may discontinue use of and/or delete from contract selected products as mandated by any NYS energy legislation that is enacted during the term of this contract. The contractor shall have no recourse with the State for such discontinuance/deletion.
