Common use of Environmental Release Clause in Contracts

Environmental Release. Each Loan Party agrees that upon the occurrence of an Environmental Release at, under or on any of the Properties it will act immediately to investigate the extent of, and to take appropriate remedial action to eliminate, such Environmental Release, whether or not ordered or otherwise directed to do so by any Environmental Authority.

Each Loan Party agrees that upon obtaining actual knowledge of the occurrence of an Environmental Release at, under or on any of the Properties Properties, if and to the extent required by Environmental Laws, it will act immediately to investigate the extent of, and to take appropriate remedial action with respect to eliminate, such Environmental Release, whether or not ordered or otherwise directed to do so by any Environmental Authority.

Environmental Release. Each Loan Party agrees that upon the occurrence of an Environmental Release at, under at or on any of the Properties it will act immediately promptly to investigate the extent of, and to take appropriate remedial action action, as determined in such Loan Party’s reasonable business judgment, to eliminate, such Environmental Release, whether or not ordered or otherwise directed to do so by any Environmental Authority.

Each Loan Party agrees that upon obtaining actual knowledge of the occurrence of an Environmental Release at, under or on any of the Properties Properties, if and to the extent required by Environmental Laws, it will act immediately to investigate the extent of, and to take appropriate remedial action with respect to eliminate, such Environmental Release, whether or not ordered or otherwise directed to do so by any Environmental Authority.

Each Loan Party agrees that shall, upon the occurrence of an Environmental Release at, under or on any of the Properties it will Loan Party Facility, act immediately to investigate the extent of, and to shall take appropriate remedial action to eliminate, such Environmental Release, whether or not ordered or otherwise directed to do so by any Environmental Authority.
