Environmental Performance. Buyer is committed to operating in an environmentally responsible manner and has established an Environmental Management System. As such, Seller warrants that Services performed will be done in accordance with local, state, and federal environmental regulatory requirements, and in conformance with accepted practice in the industry. This includes, but is not limited to Seller’s obligation to not illegally dispose of or otherwise improperly manage hazardous wastes, not cause illegal discharges to grounds or waterways or discharges to air that exceed levels that would be considered environmentally unsafe. These requirements apply to subcontractors working under the direction of Seller. Additional site-specific environmental requirements may apply depending on the Buyer’s site where the Services are provided. Environmental Performance. (a) The Licensee will not use or permit to be used the water closets, toilets, sinks and drainage and other equipment fixtures and fittings for any other purpose than those for which they are constructed, and no sweepings, rubbish, ashes or other substances shall be placed or allowed therein. Any damage resulting to such closets or water apparatus arising from a breach of that obligation shall be borne by the Licensee.
