Common use of Environmental Notices Clause in Contracts

Environmental Notices. As soon as possible and in any event within ten (10) days after receipt by the Borrower, deliver or cause to be delivered to the Administrative Agent a copy of (i) any notice or claim to the effect that the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries is or may be liable to any Person as a result of the Release by the Borrower, any of its Subsidiaries, or any other Person of any Contaminant into the environment, and (ii) any notice alleging any violation of any Environmental, Health or Safety Requirements of Law by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries if, in either case, such notice or claim relates to an event which could reasonably be expected to subject the Borrower and each of its Subsidiaries to liability individually or in the aggregate in excess of $25,000,000.

Environmental Notices. As soon as possible and in any event within ten (10) days after receipt by the Borrower, deliver or cause to be delivered to the Administrative Agent a copy of (i) any notice or claim to the effect that the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries is or may be liable to any Person as a result of the Release by the Borrower, any of its Subsidiaries, or any other Person of any Contaminant into the environment, and (ii) any notice alleging any violation of any Environmental, Health or Safety Requirements of Law by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries if, in either case, such notice or claim relates to an event which could reasonably be expected to subject the Borrower and each of its Restricted Subsidiaries to liability individually or in the aggregate in excess of $25,000,000.

As soon as possible and in any event within ten (10) days after receipt by the Borrowera Borrower or its respective Subsidiaries, deliver or cause to be delivered to the Administrative Agent a copy of (i) any notice or claim to the effect that the such Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries is or may be liable to any Person as a result of the Release by the Borrower, any of its Subsidiaries, or any other Person of any Contaminant into the environment, and (ii) any notice alleging any violation of any Environmental, Health or Safety Requirements of Law by the such Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries if, in either case, such notice or claim relates to an event which could reasonably be expected to subject the Borrower and each of its Borrowers or their respective Subsidiaries to liability individually or which, in the aggregate aggregate, is in excess of $25,000,0001,000,000.

As soon as possible and in any event within ten fifteen (1015) days after receipt by the BorrowerCompany or any of its Subsidiaries, deliver or cause to be delivered to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders a copy of (i) any notice or claim to the effect that the Borrower Company or any of its Subsidiaries is or may be liable to any Person as a result of the Release by the BorrowerCompany, any of its Subsidiaries, or any other Person of any Contaminant into the environment, and (ii) any notice alleging any violation of any Environmental, Health or Safety Requirements of Law by the Borrower Company or any of its Subsidiaries if, in either case, such notice or claim relates to an event which could reasonably be expected to subject the Borrower Company and each of its Subsidiaries to liability individually or in the aggregate in excess of $25,000,00010,000,000.
