Environmental Notices. Promptly upon, and in any event no later than 15 days after, the receipt thereof, or the acquisition of knowledge thereof, by any Responsible Officer of a Credit Party, the Credit Parties shall provide the Administrative Agent with a copy of any form of request, claim, complaint, order, notice, summons or citation received from any Governmental Authority or any other Person, (i) concerning violations or alleged violations of Environmental Laws, which seeks to impose liability therefore in excess of $2,000,000, (ii) concerning any action or omission on the part of any of the Credit Parties or any of their former Subsidiaries in connection with Hazardous Waste or Hazardous Substances which could reasonably result in the imposition of liability in excess of $2,000,000 or requiring that action be taken to respond to or clean up a Release of Hazardous Substances or Hazardous Waste into the environment and such action or clean-up could reasonably be expected to exceed $2,000,000, including without limitation any information request related to, or notice of, potential responsibility under CERCLA which could reasonably result in the imposition of liability in excess of $2,000,000, or (iii) concerning the filing of a Lien (other than a Permitted Lien) upon, against or in connection with the Borrower, any Subsidiary, or any of their respective former Subsidiaries, or any of their leased or owned Property, wherever located pursuant to any Environmental Law.

Promptly upon, and in any event no later than 15 5 days after, the receipt thereof, or the acquisition of knowledge thereof, by any Responsible Officer of a Credit Loan Party, the Credit Loan Parties shall provide the Administrative Agent with a copy of any form of request, claim, complaint, order, notice, summons or citation received from any Governmental Authority or any other Person, (i) concerning violations or alleged violations of Environmental Laws, which seeks to impose liability therefore in excess of $2,000,00010,000,000, (ii) concerning any action or omission on the part of any of the Credit Loan Parties or any of their former Subsidiaries in connection with Hazardous Waste, Oil and Gas Waste or Hazardous Substances which could reasonably result in the imposition of liability in excess of $2,000,000 10,000,000 or requiring that action be taken to respond to or clean up a Release of Hazardous Substances or Substances, Hazardous Waste into the environment or Oil and Gas Waste and such action or clean-up could reasonably be expected to exceed $2,000,00010,000,000, including without limitation any information request related to, or notice of, potential responsibility under CERCLA which could reasonably result in the imposition of liability in excess of $2,000,000CERCLA, or (iii) concerning the filing by a Governmental Authority pursuant to any Environmental Law of a Lien (other than a Permitted Lien) upon, against or in connection with the Borrower, any Restricted Subsidiary, or any of their respective former Subsidiaries, or any of their material leased or owned Property, wherever located pursuant to any Environmental Law.located;
