Common use of Environmental Management Plan Clause in Contracts

Environmental Management Plan. An environmental management plan prepared by the Contractor and finalised under clause 8.7, which must set out in adequate detail the procedures the Contractor will implement to manage the Contractor's Activities from an environmental perspective and describe how the Contractor proposes to ensure the Contractor's Activities will be performed consistently with the: Statutory Requirements; ESD Principles; and Environmental Objectives.

Environmental Management Plan. An The environmental management plan prepared by the Contractor Consultant and finalised under clause 8.7, 6.4 which must set sets out in adequate detail the procedures the Contractor Consultant will implement to manage the Contractor's Activities Services from an environmental perspective and which must describe how the Contractor Consultant proposes to ensure the Contractor's Activities Services will be performed consistently with and so as to maximise the achievement of the: Statutory Requirements; Consultant's environmental commitments set out in the DCAP; ESD Principles; and Environmental Objectives.
