ENVIRONMENTAL LEGISLATION REQUIREMENT. ‌‌ The Management Committee will ensure that no funds are committed to a Project until all legislated environmental assessment requirements have been fully met. Funding for a Project component is also conditional on the implementation of those mitigation measures identified in the environmental assessment. However, this does not prevent the Parties from making a funding commitment that is conditional upon meeting them.
