Common use of Environmental Law Clause in Contracts

Environmental Law. Any law, statute, ordinance, rule, or regulation and any applicable Order or determination of any Governmental Body, in each case, pertaining to public health, the environment, pollution or contamination, including, but not limited to, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act.
