Environmental Indemnification Agreement. The term “Environmental Indemnification Agreement” shall mean the Environmental Indemnification Agreement made by Borrower to Agent pursuant to this Loan Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Environmental Indemnification Agreement. An environmental indemnification agreement with respect to environmental matters from Borrower.
Environmental Indemnification Agreement. That certain Environmental Indemnification Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by Adeptus and each Facility Lessee in favor of Lessor, as the same may be modified, amended or restated from time to time.

In addition to the covenants regarding hazardous or materials set forth in the Deed of Trust, Borrower and Governmental Lender have executed that certain Environmental Indemnification Agreement, of even date herewith, between the Borrower and the Governmental Lender.

At the Closing, Seller, Buyer and RBC shall execute and deliver an environmental indemnification agreement ("Environmental Indemnification Agreement") in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto. The Environmental Indemnification Agreement shall cancel and supersede the October 30, 1996 Agreement.
