Environmental and Social Management Framework. The Recipient shall ensure that the Public Works Program Subprojects are prepared in accordance with the procedures and requirements set forth in the ESMF and designed, executed and carried out in full compliance with the standards set forth in the ESMF and laws of the Recipient relating to public health and safety, environmental protection, resettlement, and social management.
Environmental and Social Management Framework. (ESMF) and Resettlement Policy Framework (RPF). The Project Implementing Entity shall, in accordance with Section I.C of Schedule 2 to the Financing Agreement, ensure that the Project is implemented in accordance with the provisions of the ESMF and RPF, and in a manner and substance satisfactory to the Association.
Environmental and Social Management Framework. 1. The Recipient shall: (i) implement the Environmental and Social Management Framework in accordance with the objectives, policies, procedures, time schedules and other provisions set forth therein (including any Environmental Management Action Plan (EMAP) and other environmental and social management plans prepared in accordance with such Framework); and (ii) not take any action which would prevent or interfere with such implementation.

  • Environmental and Social Safeguards 1. The Project Implementing Entity shall ensure that the Project is carried out and implemented in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Environmental Management Plan.

  • Environmental and Social Standards 1. The Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the Environmental and Social Standards, in a manner acceptable to the Association.

  • LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS 30.01 A Labour/Management Relations Committee shall be appointed, consisting of a maximum of two (2) Shop Stewards from the Union, and a maximum of two (2) representatives from the Co-operative. The full-time Union Representative may also attend these meetings from time to time. The Committee shall meet at the request of either party, for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern. Time spent by bargaining unit employees in carrying out the functions of this Committee shall be considered as time worked and shall be paid for by the Co-operative. The Committee shall not have jurisdiction to interpret and/or amend the Collective Agreement.

  • Quality Assurance Requirements There are no special Quality Assurance requirements under this Agreement.

  • Environmental and Safety Matters Except as would not have a Material Adverse Effect:

  • Environmental and Safety Laws To its knowledge, the Company is not in violation of any applicable statute, law or regulation relating to the environment or occupational health and safety, and to its knowledge, no material expenditures are or will be required in order to comply with any such existing statute, law or regulation.

  • Management of Special and Technical Environment Each certificated support person demonstrates an acceptable level of performance in managing and organizing the special materials, equipment and environment essential to the specialized programs.

  • Environmental Health and Safety i. Environment, Health and Safety Performance. Seller acknowledges and accepts full and sole responsibility to maintain an environment, health and safety management system ("EMS") appropriate for its business throughout the performance of this Contract. Buyer expects that Seller’s EMS shall promote health and safety, environmental stewardship, and pollution prevention by appropriate source reduction strategies. Seller shall convey the requirement of this clause to its suppliers. Seller shall not deliver goods that contain asbestos mineral fibers.

  • Labor Management Relations Section 9.1 Representatives of the Union, not to exceed five (5) in number including at least one (1) representative of each shift, and representatives of the Employer, shall meet at least quarterly at mutually agreed upon times for up to two (2) hours to discuss matters of mutual concern relating to the interpretation, application, or administration of this Agreement and existing work rules which affect the members of the bargaining unit. Each party shall prepare and submit an agenda to the other party one (1) week prior to the scheduled meeting.

  • PROCUREMENT ETHICS Contractor understands that a person who is interested in any way in the sale of any supplies, services, construction, or insurance to the State of Utah is violating the law if the person gives or offers to give any compensation, gratuity, contribution, loan, reward, or any promise thereof to any person acting as a procurement officer on behalf of the State of Utah, or who in any official capacity participates in the procurement of such supplies, services, construction, or insurance, whether it is given for their own use or for the use or benefit of any other person or organization.
