Common use of Environmental Activity Clause in Contracts

Environmental Activity. Except as would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, each of the Obligors has conducted its business in compliance with Environmental Laws and there is no Environmental Claim pending or, to the knowledge of any of the Obligors, threatened against any of them or their respective properties and assets, which if determined adversely would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
