Enumeration. The Board may appoint, at any time, officers of the LLC (including, without limitation, a President and Chief Executive Officer, a Chief Financial Officer, a Secretary and such other officers including one or more Vice Presidents, Assistant Treasurers and Assistant Secretaries, as the Board may determine) to exercise such powers and perform such duties as the Board designates.
