Common use of Entry Rights Clause in Contracts

Entry Rights. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that at all reasonable time during the term of this Lease, Lessor or its agents may enter the leased premises for purpose of inspection, cleaning and maintenance, repairs, posting of notices or utility bills or, in the event of an emergency, to perform acts Lessor deems necessary for the protection of the property or safety of person. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees not to hold Lessor, its employees or agents responsible for any such acts performed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ while acting in such emergency capacity. Any non-emergency lot entry may be made with seventy-two (72) hours notice to Lessee. No notice is required in the event of an emergency.
