Common use of Entrance Clause in Contracts

Entrance. Any municipality may petition the Collaborative to join this Agreement to the extent permitted by the grants. In order to approve the addition of a new entity to the Agreement for the Grant Program, the Department of Public Health and no less than a two-thirds vote of the Advisory Board shall be required to approve said entrant.

Entrance. Any municipality may petition the Collaborative to join this the Grant Agreement and the Inter-Municipal Agreement to the extent permitted by the grants. In order to approve the addition of a new entity to the Agreement agreements for the Grant Program, the Department of Public Health and no less than a two-thirds vote of the Advisory Board Program Manager shall be required to approve said entrantentrant and said petition shall be presented for review and approval to the Collaborative Advisory Board.
