Entrance Facility. Special Access circuit(s) that connects CenturyLink’s network and CenturyLink QCC’s network or the location of CenturyLink QCC’s equipment. For example, an Entrance Facility is transmission facility that provides telecommunications between CenturyLink’s switches or Wire Centers and CenturyLink QCC’s switches, Wire Centers or equipment locations.
