Entrance Facility and Transport for Interconnection Charges. See Intrastate Special Access Tariff 1 This Appendix may contain rates for (and/or reference) services, facilities, arrangements and the like that Verizon does not have an obligation to provide under the Agreement (e.g., services, facilities, arrangements and the like for which an unbundling requirement does not exist under 47 U.S.C. Section 251(c)(3)). Notwithstanding any such rates (and/or references) and, for the avoidance of any doubt, nothing in this Appendix shall be deemed to require Verizon to provide a service, facility, arrangement or the like that the Agreement does not require Verizon to provide, or to provide a service, facility, arrangement or the like upon rates, terms or conditions other than those that may be required by the Agreement. All rates and charges set forth in this Appendix shall apply until such time as they are replaced by new rates and/or charges as the Commission or the FCC may approve or allow to go into effect from time to time, subject however, to any stay or other order issued by any court of competent jurisdiction. In addition to any rates and charges set forth herein, Verizon, effective as of March 11, 2005, may, but shall not be required to, charge (and ECI shall pay) any rates and charges that apply to a CLEC's embedded base of certain UNEs pursuant to the FCC's Order on Remand, Unbundled Access to Network Elements; Review of the Section 251 Unbundling Obligations of Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers, WC Docket Xx. 00-000, XX Xxxxxx Xx. 00-000 (FCC rel.   • One-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.3.1 Reconex shall provide its own facilities or purchase transport for the delivery of traffic to any Collocation arrangement it establishes at a Verizon-IP pursuant to the Collocation Attachment.

  • Two-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.4.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use Two-Way Interconnection Trunks for the exchange of traffic between Verizon and NUI, NUI shall order from Verizon, and Verizon shall provide, the Two-Way Interconnection Trunks and the Entrance Facility, on which such Trunks will ride, and transport and multiplexing, in accordance with the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and Verizon’s applicable Tariffs.

  • Signaling Link Transport 10.2.1 Signaling Link Transport is a set of two (2) or four (4) dedicated 56 kbps transmission paths between Southern Telecom designated Signaling Points of Interconnection that provide appropriate physical diversity.

  • Interconnection for the MPB arrangement shall occur at the BA access tandems in the LATA, unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • Purpose of Interconnection Facilities Except as may be required by Applicable Laws and Regulations, or as otherwise agreed to among the Parties, the Interconnection Facilities shall be constructed for the sole purpose of interconnecting the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and shall be used for no other purpose.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture DTI may interconnect with GTE at any of the minimum technically feasible points required by the FCC. Interconnection at additional points will be reviewed on an individual case basis. Where the Parties mutually agree following a Bona Fide Request to directly interconnect their respective networks, interconnection will be as specified in the following subsections. The "IPs" shall be set forth in Appendix B attached to this Agreement and made a part hereof. Based on the configuration, the installation timeline will vary considerably, however, GTE will work with DTI in all circumstances to install "IPs" within 120 calendar days absent extenuating circumstances. Internetwork connection and protocol must be based on industry standards developed consistent with Section 256 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996.
