Common use of Entity Names Clause in Contracts

Entity Names. ABI agrees that it will use reasonable best efforts, and shall use reasonable best efforts to cause any third party buyer of any Imported Brand or Licensed Brand, to change the name of each of its Affiliates with the word “▇▇▇▇▇▇” or “SABMiller” in its name to a new name that does not contain such word within one year following the Closing Date, and in any event shall cause such change to occur within two years following the Closing Date.
