Common use of Entitlement to payment Clause in Contracts

Entitlement to payment. In the event of termination of this contract under Article 10, the Contractor shall be entitled to payment from the Translation Centre only in respect of the work or part(s) thereof completed at the time when such cancellation or termination occurs. In all cases, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any form of compensation.
