Common use of Entitlement for payment Clause in Contracts

Entitlement for payment. Upon production of proof of payment an employee who is required to attend for jury service, is entitled to be reimbursed an amount equal to the difference between the payment received for attendance at the service and the amount of wage the employee would have been entitled to in respect of the ordinary time worked had the jury service not applied.
