Common use of Entirety Clause Clause in Contracts

Entirety Clause. This written Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the College and the Union and supersedes and replaces any and all Agreements, whether written or oral, or express or implied, between and concerning the College and the Union. To the extent, however, that this Agreement does not address a particular matter or issue, the written policies and procedures in effect at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, including those contained in the most current Cincinnati State Technical and Community College Operations Manual shall govern. The aforementioned paragraph will in no way limit the Union's rights under the Public Employee Collective Bargaining Act except as identified in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
